Susan is joined by friend and former colleague Eric McDonnell. After serving in non-profit leadership for many years, Eric pivoted and started his own business, Peacock Partnerships. In addition to running his own business, he is now a coach, consultant, and mentor, with a particular emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Belonging and community engagement. Eric relishes seeing the potential in his clients and their teams, and we shared a great end-of-episode acknowledgement of how love shows up in our work!
